synthesized instruments on your cell phone. The computer's speaker
is also more capable of producing a wider range of sounds. Therefore
ringtones played on a computer sound better than on a cell phone.
Polyphonic ringtone capable cell phones are usually optimized to play
polyphonic ringtones and the volume level of traditional mono ringtones
can be low. The speaker quality can also vary depending on cell phone
manufacturer and model.
